Thermal Performance

The integrated heating system in AISI 304 stainless steel, immersed in a water bath, ensures uniform heat distribution. The adjustable temperature range extends from 35°C to 85°C, offering total adaptability according to the hot dishes served. The tempered glass lid features a thermally insulated handle and a dedicated ladle slot for optimized service.

Maintenance & Hygiene

The 8-liter AISI 304 stainless steel container can be completely disassembled for simplified cleaning. The inclined edge of the lid intelligently channels condensation towards the inside of the container, preserving workstation hygiene and minimizing waste. The aluminum hinge allows for stable and controlled opening.
