Overview

Professional preparation table dedicated to vegetable cutting in collective catering environments. Monoblock structure in AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel with satin finish, designed to withstand the intensive demands of professional kitchens. Optimized work surface of 1400 × 700 mm.

Design

Rear upstand of 105 mm and front edge of 65 mm with rounded profile, fully welded for maximum hygiene. Square stainless steel legs 40 × 40 mm adjustable in height from 850 to 920 mm. Rear offset configuration of 40 mm compatible with sanitary plinths. Waste disposal facilitated by an integrated waste chute hole to under-counter bin.

Equipment

Large capacity collection tank with drain fitting and overflow pipe. Gastronorm compatibility: GN 1/3, 1/2, 1/1 and 2/3. Polyethylene cutting board 20 mm thick included. Two configurations available: vegetable version (tank + board) or meat/fish version (perforated tray + diamond point cover + Ø 17 mm drain).
