This positive refrigerated cabinet with embossed sides offers a capacity of 645 L to meet the demands of catering professionals. Its monobloc structure in AISI 304 stainless steel with rounded corners and embossed bottom ensures durability and longevity in intensive environments.

Thermal Control

The temperature range adjusts from -2 °C to +8 °C via a digital electronic thermostat for precise control. The unit operates up to 43 °C ambient temperature. The 75 mm thermal insulation ensures energy efficiency. The LED interior lighting optimizes visibility of stored products.

Equipment & Safety

The equipment includes a standard lock, a ventilated hermetic compressor, automatic defrosting with water evaporation via resistors, as well as an open door alarm and high/low temperature condensation alerts. The reversible door stays open beyond 90° to facilitate loading. Ventilation stops automatically when opened. Supplied with 3 stainless steel GN 2/1 shelves and 22 storage levels at 55 mm pitch. Adjustable feet from 135 to 200 mm.
