This upright refrigerated cabinet with embossed sides offers a useful volume of 1404 litres distributed across two solid doors. Its AISI 304 stainless steel structure with rounded corners and embossed base provides optimal resistance for demanding catering environments. Each compartment features 22 adjustable shelves with 55 mm pitch, accepting GN 1/1 or GN 2/1 trays and racks.

Refrigeration Performance

Designed for ambient conditions up to 43 °C, this unit ensures a controlled temperature range of -2 °C to +8 °C. The 75 mm insulation guarantees rigorous cold preservation. The electronic thermostat with digital display allows precise adjustment while optimising energy consumption.
