This professional hot holding trolley accommodates 10 GN 2/1 shelves with a spacing of 70 mm between each level. Its AISI 18/8 stainless steel structure ensures optimal resistance to intensive collective catering conditions.

Thermal Regulation

The digital thermostat allows precise temperature adjustment from 30°C to 90°C. The removable heating unit incorporates ventilated heating elements and a humidifier tray with an anti-wave system to guarantee uniform heat inside the cabinet.

Mobility & Safety

Equipped with 4 swiveling soundproof wheels including 2 braked ones, the unit moves silently and stabilizes instantly. The door swings open 180° for total access, while a key lock secures stored food. Removable side rails simplify daily maintenance.

Insulation & Protection

The high-density polyurethane foam insulation, eco-friendly and fire-retardant, resists moisture while ensuring maximum safety. Thermal protection by fuse prevents overheating. The illuminated control panel and rear electrical socket complete the equipment.
