Non-Stick Technology
The PFOA-free multilayer PTFE coating ensures perfect release and even browning. Optimal thermal conductivity ensures homogeneous heat distribution for consistent baking. For simple doughs, grease-free baking is possible. Light buttering is recommended during first uses to condition the surface.
Daily Practicality
The flared geometry facilitates handling when hot and enhances cake presentation. The intense black colour intensifies caramelisation of pastries straight from the oven. Cleaning is done with hot water and a standard degreasing product.
