Monobloc Design

Cooking Surface
The upper section features 6 square electric hotplates, each measuring 220 × 220 mm. Each heating element delivers 2.6 kW, for a combined power output of 15.6 kW across the entire surface. This configuration allows you to work on multiple preparations simultaneously with even heat distribution.
Oven & Cabinet
The integrated electric convection oven adopts the GN1/1 standard with internal dimensions of 535 × 370 × 290 mm. Its power of 3.6 kW and temperature range of 100 to 300°C ensure precise and repeatable cooking results. The neutral cabinet located at the bottom, with a volume of 350 × 610 × 400 mm, completes the unit for keeping preparations at temperature.
