The integral peripheral stainless steel band features welded corners for optimal rigidity, a 20 mm front radius with no sharp edges, and a 60 mm downturned edge facilitating handling.

Inclined Upstand

The rear upstand features a 30° inclination that prevents utensils and food items from falling. This geometric design improves hygiene by facilitating daily cleaning operations.

Storage & Adjustment
