This professional dismountable sink consists of a washing basin and a drainboard positioned on the left. Designed for collective kitchens, restaurants and catering establishments, it optimizes workspace while ensuring smooth workflow between washing and drying operations.

Robustness & Hygiene

The entire structure in AISI 304 stainless steel offers optimal resistance to corrosion in humid environments. The main basin features radiused corners facilitating daily cleaning. The ribbed drainboard ensures effective drainage of dishes and utensils.

Technical Design

A rear upstand of 100 × 20 mm protects walls from splashes. The worktop integrates a 32 mm hole surrounded by three anti-drip edges. The 40 × 40 mm tube frame ensures maximum stability, completed by a three-sided skirt and adjustable feet to compensate for floor irregularities. A reinforced full lower shelf provides dedicated storage space for cleaning products.

Installation & Delivery

The unit is delivered in kit form for assembly. Delivery includes an overflow pipe, a plastic siphon and a waste outlet.
