Its inner tank, made of 14404 stainless steel with a thickness of 2 mm, ensures optimal resistance to professional demands. An integrated mixer tap allows precise regulation of the hot and cold water mixture according to your operational needs.

Hydraulic Circuit

The hydraulic installation includes a 10 mm water connection paired with a safety valve calibrated to 0.5 bar, equipped with an integrated pressure gauge for real-time monitoring. The drain valve significantly simplifies cleaning operations and periodic appliance maintenance.

Control & Safety

The three-position switch provides complete control over operation: complete stop in position 0, partial load at 50% in position 1, and full power at 100% in position 2. The safety thermostat ensures precise thermal regulation, while the automatic water level control in the double wall optimizes cooking cycles.
