This professional spray combines cleaning, disinfection and degreasing in a single application. Specially developed for food establishments, it complies with food contact standards and fits perfectly into your HACCP approach. The biodegradable formula at over 90% combines performance and environmental respect.

Material Compatibility

Designed for stainless steel and ceramic equipment exposed to grease: hoods, stoves, worktops, fryers. Compatible with steel and stainless steel. Do not use on aluminum.

Sanitary Efficiency

Bactericidal properties validated according to EN 1276 and EN 13697. Yeasticidal efficacy compliant with standards EN 1650 and EN 13697.

Directions for Use

Direct cleaning: spray pure, let the foam act on grease, rinse with drinking water using a damp sponge. Wear gloves.
Greasy floor (cleaning): dilute 250 ml in 5 L of water, let act, rinse.
Greasy floor (disinfection): dilute 500 ml in 5 L of water, contact time 15 minutes, then rinse.
