This snack hood with 900 mm depth and 3600 mm length is made of AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel. The stainless steel features a Scotch-Brite® satin finish for a modern aesthetic and easy maintenance. Reinforced welds ensure maximum durability for intensive professional kitchen use.

Extraction Performance

The peripheral channel and returned inner edges optimize air circulation while simplifying cleaning. The labyrinth grease filters effectively filter greasy residues. The static pressure drop of 60 Pa ensures consistent operation. The drain tap allows hygienic elimination of collected grease.

Configuration

The set includes two 1800 mm hoods for a total capacity of 3600 m³/h. These static hoods without motors feature removable plates on the side facades, allowing you to connect the two units side by side according to your needs. Important: hoods not pre-drilled for extraction.
