This Snack Hood with a depth of 700 mm without motor is designed to meet the requirements of professional kitchens. Delivered in a pack of two units by Dynasteel, it offers a complete solution for smoke and odor extraction. Each hood measures 2800 mm in length and provides an airflow rate of 1400 m³/h. The equipment includes LED lighting for optimal visibility of cooking areas.

Manufacturing Quality

Made of 18/10 stainless steel AISI304 with a satin Scotch-Brite® finish, this installation combines durability and refined design. The welds reinforce the overall strength, while the turned inner edges and peripheral channel optimize air circulation. This technical architecture ensures effective extraction of grease vapors and increased longevity under intensive use conditions.

Performance & Maintenance

The labyrinth grease filters ensure high-performance filtration while limiting residue buildup. The low pressure drop of 60 Pa allows for economical and quiet operation. The integrated grease drain valve facilitates cleaning operations and contributes to compliance with food hygiene standards. Perforated for extraction, this hood adapts to existing installations.
