Supplied in sets of two 2800 mm units each, it offers a total extraction capacity of 1400 m³/h per module.

The equipment integrates labyrinth grease filters for optimal cooking vapor filtration. The 60 Pa static pressure drop ensures economical and quiet operation. Integrated LED lighting provides perfect visibility of work surfaces, complemented by a grease drain tap for simplified maintenance.
