This 4400 mm long motorless exhaust hood is made of 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel with Scotch-Brite® satin finish. Its fully welded structure provides maximum stability and remarkable resistance to chemical and mechanical damage. The peripheral channels and returned inner edges facilitate daily cleaning while preventing grease buildup.

Efficient Filtration

Equipped with labyrinth grease filters, this hood ensures optimal filtration of cooking fumes. The static pressure drop of 60 Pa allows for efficient ambient air ventilation. The integrated grease drain tap simplifies maintenance and guarantees impeccable hygiene compliant with food safety standards.

Modular Configuration

The set consists of three modular elements: two hoods of 1400 mm each and a central hood of 1600 mm. This arrangement covers a large work area and allows targeted extraction according to the professional kitchen layout. The equipment is pre-drilled for exhaust and ready to be connected to an external fan unit.
