Filtration & Hygiene

The labyrinth filtration system ensures optimal capture of grease and suspended particles. The design without integrated motor allows flexible connection to your existing extraction network. Peripheral channels and returned inner edges minimize the accumulation of grease residues for easier cleaning. A grease drain valve is pre-installed for quick and efficient maintenance.

Modular Configuration

The set includes three distinct modules: two side hoods of 1800 mm each with an airflow of 1800 m³/h, and a central hood of 2000 mm delivering 2400 m³/h. This modular architecture adapts to the specific constraints of your installation. Integrated LED lighting ensures optimal brightness on work surfaces.
