Made of food-grade AISI 304 stainless steel, it features integrated LED lighting for perfect visibility of cooking stations.

Finishes & Durability

The stainless steel hoods in 18/10 AISI 304 feature a Scotch-Brite® satin finish combining aesthetics and durability. Spot-welded construction ensures exceptional strength and extended longevity. The peripheral channel and turned-back inner edges optimize ventilation while facilitating daily cleaning.

Filtration & Performance

Labyrinth-type grease filters ensure effective filtration of grease particles to maintain a healthy atmosphere. The static pressure drop of 60 Pa guarantees optimal extraction capacity. The set consists of one 1400 mm hood (airflow 1400 m³/h) and two 1600 mm hoods (airflow 1800 m³/h each). The hood is perforated for vapor and gas extraction.
