The extraction system ensures an efficiency of 1350 m³/h to maintain a healthy atmosphere in your professional kitchen. The labyrinth grease filters considerably simplify daily maintenance. The modular design incorporates removable panels on the side facades, allowing you to adjust the configuration according to your installation specifications and optimize airflow.

Modular Configuration

The set includes 3 individual hoods of 1600 mm, for a total length of 4800 mm. These static hoods require an external extraction unit — the facades are not drilled for direct exhaust. Integrated LED lighting completes the equipment.
