Extraction Performance
This motorless extraction hood meets the demands of the most active professional kitchens. Its modular design and premium finishes in AISI 304 stainless steel with Scotch-Brite® satin finish guarantee durability and aesthetics. The 18/10 stainless steel hoods with reinforced welds ensure a robust structure for intensive use.
Modular Configuration
The system consists of two distinct elements: a snack hood 700 × 1400 mm with a flow rate of 1400 m³/h, and a second one of 700 × 1600 mm reaching 1350 m³/h. The side facades incorporate removable plates allowing the connection of the two units according to the desired configuration. The peripheral channel and returned inner edges optimize vapor extraction.
