The labyrinth grease filter system effectively retains grease particles and cooking vapors. The static pressure drop of 60 Pa ensures quiet and economical operation. The peripheral channel and profiled inner edges improve smoke capture and transit to external extraction. A grease drain tap allows for simplified and regular cleaning.
