The 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel structure features a Scotch-Brite® satin finish for a contemporary look. The weld points guarantee maximum rigidity. The returned inner edges and peripheral channel optimize the evacuation of smoke and odors.
Performance & Maintenance
The labyrinth grease filters effectively retain grease particles. The static pressure drop of 60 Pa ensures powerful suction. A grease drain tap simplifies daily maintenance and preserves hygiene.
