These storage bags feature a dual-layer architecture designed to combine robustness and food safety. The inner layer in 60 µm polyethylene is certified for direct contact with foodstuffs. The outer layer in 15 µm polyamide (Nylon) provides excellent mechanical strength. The total thickness of 75 µm ensures an optimal barrier against oxidation and moisture.

Thermal Resistance

Designed to withstand extreme conditions, these packages incorporate Anti-UV protection that preserves the nutritional and organoleptic qualities of your preparations. The temperature range extends from -20 °C to +110 °C, allowing for extended freezing, refrigerated storage as well as safe sous-vide cooking.

Machine Compatibility
