Performance & Coating

Made from fine steel with a multilayer PTFE coating, this mold guarantees optimal thermal resistance and increased longevity. The PFOA-free non-stick coating ensures even cooking without mandatory greasing and considerably facilitates demolding. Light greasing is recommended during first uses to preserve the coating qualities.

Practical Use

Designed exclusively for the oven, this mold allows fast and uniform browning of your creations. It is not suitable for refrigerator or dishwasher due to its sensitivity to humidity. Cleaning is simply done with hot water and degreasing products.
