Vegetable Slicer Function

Designed to serve up to 400 covers per service, this module adapts to all workflows thanks to its 5 variable speeds from 320 to 720 rpm. The double hopper system maximizes versatility: the large 217 cm² opening accepts bulky vegetables like cabbage or celeriac, while the 60.5 mm cylindrical hopper preserves long and delicate vegetables such as cucumbers and zucchini. The side discharge with 20 cm clearance allows for GN container installation for an optimized workflow. Create gratings, slices, juliennes, fries and dices with the stainless steel discs sold separately.

Cutter Function

Blend, mix, chop, emulsify: the cutter performs these operations in seconds for 20 to 100 covers per service. Its range of 10 speeds from 350 to 3500 rpm offers total precision. The PULSE function for grinding and precision work, as well as REVERSE for gentle mixing preserving ingredient integrity, guarantee perfect results. The 5.4 L stainless steel bowl (4.3 L usable) includes a scraper and a smooth knife with inverted blades. The opening on the lid allows adding ingredients during preparation.

Safety & Comfort

Automatic magnetic detection secures the cutter bowl and lid. All food-contact parts are removable and dishwasher-safe. The unit adapts to both left and right-handed users and stands out for its quiet operation (50 dB without vibration). The LED control panel ensures intuitive handling.
