This 3-door refrigerated counter features a structure entirely made of stainless steel, offering optimal resistance to the demanding conditions of professional kitchens. The absence of a backsplash allows perfect integration into your production line, maximizing the available workspace.

Refrigeration Performance

The ventilated cooling system is controlled by a digital thermostat adjustable from +2 °C to +8 °C. The tropicalized unit coupled with the Embraco compressor ensures constant performance even in hot environments. A power of 275 W ensures rapid and uniform cooling. The use of R290 gas reduces environmental impact.

Interior Layout

Three solid hinged doors serve a total capacity of 417 liters. Each compartment has 5 storage levels spaced 70 mm apart. Delivery includes 1 GN 1/1 shelf per door for immediate commissioning.

Hygiene & Mobility

Rounded internal corners facilitate cleaning and maintain optimal sanitary conditions. The equipment with 4 fixed castors combines stability during use and ease of movement during maintenance operations.
