This refrigerated saladette features a marble worktop that maintains a low temperature, preventing pizza dough from sticking during preparation. The cold surface provides an ideal base for working with fresh ingredients. A protective screen covers the refrigerated gastronorm area, ensuring optimal hygiene when making pizzas, salads, and sandwiches.

Series G Performance

Polar Series G refrigerated units withstand the most demanding professional environments. Their robust commercial construction and powerful compressors support frequent door openings. This range maintains performance up to 32°C ambient temperature. The unit is non-tropicalized and complies with CFC-free standards.

Electrical Configuration

Installation requires two separate electrical outlets: the ingredient display case and the base unit operate on separate circuits. Mounting brackets securely hold the display case on the worktop. Each of the 3 doors can accommodate up to 6 shelves, for a maximum of 18 shelves in total (sold separately). Each door includes one shelf and floor protection.
