This refrigerated pastry display case ensures even cold distribution thanks to its forced air ventilation. Built in AISI 304 stainless steel, it guarantees durability and sanitary compliance. Its integrated hermetic unit maintains a service temperature between -2 °C and +8 °C with remarkable stability. The unit remains operational in demanding climatic conditions up to +43 °C.

Interior Layout

The cold chamber offers 14 adjustable spacing levels in 35 mm increments, providing optimal modularity for your creations. The automatic defrost system includes complete condensate re-evaporation, eliminating any manual intervention. Rounded internal corners significantly simplify cleaning operations.

Finishes & Safety

The doors feature an automatic closing system to preserve the cold chain. Adjustable feet from 150 to 180 mm facilitate installation on all floor types. Access to technical compartments is secured with a key lock. Each door is delivered with its set of slides and a 600 × 400 mm grid.
