Bowl & Blades

The 4.5 litre stainless steel bowl with ergonomic handle combines durability with everyday ease of use. The standard smooth blade features a fully removable cap for meticulous cleaning. Optional serrated blade optimises grinding and kneading operations, while the toothed blade ensures precise cutting of delicate herbs such as parsley.

High-Performance Feed Hoppers

The large hopper offers a loading surface of 104 cm², perfectly suited for bulky vegetables (cabbage, celery, lettuce, tomatoes). The cylindrical hopper of ø 58 mm ensures clean cutting of long and delicate products. The continuous side ejection system allows you to collect preparations directly into your serving container.

Ergonomic Controls

Two speed settings available: 750 rpm for the vegetable slicer function (dicing, fries) and 1500 rpm exclusively reserved for the bowl cutter. Automatic restart by lever streamlines batch work and reduces operational fatigue. The pulse function allows fine adjustment of texture according to your requirements.
