Dual Function Cutter & Vegetable Slicer

The R 402 combines two professional machines in one single unit. This refurbished model, offered in like-new condition, comes with an 8 × 8 mm french fry disc and benefits from a 3-month warranty.

Professional Cutter Bowl

The 4.5-litre stainless steel bowl features an ergonomic handle and a quick-positioning lid. The standard smooth blade is equipped with a removable cap. Optionally, the serrated blade is suitable for grinding and kneading, while the toothed blade optimizes parsley cutting.

Two Rotation Speeds

The motor offers two speeds: 1500 rpm for the cutter and 750 rpm for dicing and french fries. The automatic restart via lever improves ergonomics and reduces preparation times.

Versatile Feed Hoppers

The large 104 cm² hopper accommodates bulky vegetables (cabbage, celery, lettuce, tomatoes). The cylindrical ø 58 mm hopper ensures precise cutting of long and delicate vegetables. The continuous ejection system with side outlet allows direct collection of preparations into a container or saucepan.
