Advanced Digital Control
The control panel features twenty programmable settings, including a dedicated mode for marinating meats and fish. Five complementary functions optimize each cycle: Vac Stop to interrupt or trigger sealing at will, Soft Vac for gradual suction of delicate products, Step Vac in intervals for emulsifying preparations, Extra Vac to extend any program by 5 seconds, and Clean Pump to preserve pump oil.
