Professional Baking

This convection oven equipped with a manual humidifier meets the requirements of artisan bakers, restaurateurs and retailers. Its compact size and optimized energy consumption allow installation in limited spaces while ensuring consistent and uniform baking results.

Integrated Equipment

The appliance features a direct injection humidifier for technical and demanding dough preparation. The baking chamber and structure are built in 18/10 stainless steel. The glass door incorporates a gravity ventilation system. The control panel benefits from dedicated cooling. Two non-reversible fans drive internal air circulation.
