The NT621 electric oven accommodates up to 4 pizzas simultaneously. Designed for demanding pizzaiolos and restaurateurs, it combines robustness and performance for optimal daily cooking. Each chamber allows preparation of pizzas up to Ø 30 cm, ideal for intensive restaurant service.
Thermal Control
The vault and sole temperatures adjust independently up to 450°C. A safety thermostat automatically triggers at 420°C to ensure operator safety and equipment protection.
Equipment & Finishes
The refractory stone sole ensures even heat and perfect cooking. Mineral wool insulation provides excellent heat retention. Armored resistors ensure increased durability. Interior lighting allows real-time cooking monitoring.
