Cooking Technologies
Three distinct operating modes: convection from 30 °C to 260 °C for traditional preparations, mixed mode over the same range combining pulsed heat and controlled humidity, and saturated steam from 30 °C to 130 °C preserving nutrients and aromas. The patented MultiSteam system injects steam through double diffusion with five times the density compared to previous generations. SmartWind technology ensures even heat distribution through intelligent management of turbine rotation direction and its two speeds. The DryOut Plus process removes moisture through decompression for accelerated crispy results.
