The Cook Master combi oven adapts to the requirements of restaurants, hotels, caterers, and institutions. Its compact dimensions of 760 × 710 × 750 mm fit perfectly into professional kitchens. The capacity of 6 GN 1/1 levels allows preparation of between 40 and 110 meals per service according to your operational needs.

Triple Technology

This equipment features three distinct cooking modes for maximum flexibility. Forced convection (30°C to 260°C) ensures even cooking. Convection + steam (30°C to 260°C) preserves the tenderness of preparations. Saturated steam (30°C to 130°C) retains essential nutrients in food.

Patented Innovations

The SmartWind system intelligently optimizes turbine rotation and speed for fast, uniform cooking without constant supervision. MultiSteam technology injects steam 5 times faster than conventional systems, reducing cooking times while optimizing textures. Low-pressure humidity extraction ensures golden and crispy results.

Advanced Programming

The interface allows recording of 40 customizable programs with 3 cooking phases each. The multi-program keypad provides direct access to 7 favorite recipes to save time during service. The internal single-point probe precisely controls temperature at the core of food, while the LED display and interior lighting ensure optimal visibility of the chamber.

Safety & Comfort

The visual and acoustic end-of-cooking signal immediately alerts staff. The automatic CoolDown function rapidly cools the chamber before cleaning. Ultra-fast automatic preheating and manual regeneration complete the practical functions. The double-glazed low-emissivity door combines thermal safety and easy maintenance. The C-rails incorporate an anti-tipping system and the antibacterial handle reinforces daily hygiene.

Enhanced Hygiene

The AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel chamber with rounded edges, fully welded, withstands intensive use. The integrated drainage and siphon system facilitates regular maintenance. IPX5 protection against water jets secures use in professional environments. Automatic Mycare cleaning frees up work time. Use of MFMYCHA063 tablets preserves the manufacturer's warranty.
