Performance & Sealing

The equipment features two sealing bars: a main one of 1000 mm and a secondary one of 550 mm. The vacuum pump delivers a flow rate of 100 m³/hour for fast and efficient cycles.

Advanced Functions

Soft Vac: gradual air reduction in the chamber to preserve the integrity of fragile and crumbly products. Step Vac: intermittent vacuum cycles adapted to emulsified preparations. Extra Vac: adds 5 seconds to the selected program. Vac Stop: manual interruption of the sealing cycle for quick sealing according to your needs.

Maintenance Convenience

The sealing bars are removable for simplified tank cleaning. The Clean Pump function keeps the pump oil in perfect condition. Integrated casters allow easy movement of the machine around your production site.
