This professional automatic extraction ice cream machine is specially designed for intensive production of sorbets, granitas and ice creams. It delivers a production rate of 9 liters per hour, perfectly meeting the needs of high-volume establishments.

Optimal Performance

Each cycle produces 2 liters of ice cream in 10 to 20 minutes depending on the recipe used. The 1500 W power combined with electronic controls offers precise adjustment of working time and temperature.

Air Cooling

The air cooling system uses R404a gas to ensure consistent results. The machine operates with a base that has been previously pasteurized and cooled to +2°C. Installation remains intuitive, the equipment is delivered without stand.
