Washing Performance

This professional Krupps hood-type dishwasher optimizes your production flow with a capacity of 22 pizza plates per cycle. Its throughput reaches 60 racks per hour, i.e. 1320 plates per hour. Compatible with formats 500 × 600 × 410 mm, it accepts bread baskets, dishes, GN 1/1 containers and pastry trays 600 × 400 mm.

Technology & Hygiene

Equipped with a 1640 W wash pump and moulded spray arms, this machine guarantees optimal cleaning. The moulded rounded tank incorporates filters ensuring optimal drainage and impeccable hygiene. The Thermostop function blocks start-up until the required temperatures for washing and rinsing are reached.

Maintenance & Dispensers

The removable rack support facilitates cleaning. The self-cleaning cycle keeps the tank clean and purges the boiler, reducing limescale deposits. The double electric peristaltic dispenser automatically injects detergent and rinse aid.

Structure entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel offering exceptional durability and optimal corrosion resistance.
