Performance & Speeds

The 1800 W asynchronous motor offers a variable speed range from 100 to 3500 rpm, with a Pulse/Turbo function at 4500 rpm. The R-Mix technology features a reverse rotation of -100 to -500 rpm allowing you to mix without cutting, ideal for incorporating brunoise or dried fruits into raised doughs. The intermittent mode activates the blade in bursts every 2 seconds.

Ergonomics & Hygiene

The streamlined control panel ensures immediate and intuitive handling. The blade retention system facilitates emptying of liquid preparations, while the watertight anti-splash lid and integrated scraper arm optimize workflow. The micro-serrated stainless steel blade and all accessories are dishwasher safe. An additional bowl is available as an option to streamline production according to your operational needs.
