Its integrated scraper arm simultaneously scrapes the bowl and lid, with a modular design that facilitates disassembly. The 7.5-liter stainless steel bowl incorporates an ergonomic handle for optimal grip.

Culinary Versatility

The unit supplied with a fully stainless steel serrated knife ensures precise cutting across a wide range of preparations. The variable-speed motor covers a range of 300 to 3500 rpm, allowing the processing of various textures: vegetables, minced meats, pasta, cheeses, and pastries. It produces consistencies suitable for both traditional diets and tube feeding, from raw or cooked preparations, liquid to pasty.
