Equipped with 2 stainless steel discs of Ø 100 mm — 1 smooth and 1 serrated — to adapt to all types of meat. The 2600 rpm rotation allows slicing up to 60 kg of meat per hour. The cutting thickness is easily adjustable from 0 to 8 mm according to your specific needs.

The stainless steel blade guard ensures safe operation. The handle and motor housing are made of non-slip materials for optimal grip. The integrated ON/OFF switch and overload protection with reset button guarantee worry-free use. A knife sharpener is included with the device.
