This professional Maestro Gastro M dishwasher features a monoblock structure made of AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance and optimal longevity. Its double-walled door provides efficient thermal insulation, while the integrated main and safety switches offer maximum operator protection.

Washing System

The pressed tank incorporates a thermostatic probe for precise temperature control. The stainless steel wash arm disassembles easily to facilitate maintenance. Three programmable cycle durations: 60, 120 or 180 seconds. Operating temperatures: 62 °C in the tank for washing and 82 °C in the boiler for final rinsing.

Integrated Equipment

This professional appliance features an automatic detergent dispenser as well as a peristaltic rinse pump for impeccable results. The electronic control panel allows intuitive cycle management. Automatic cleaning function included to simplify routine maintenance.
