This Easyline hood-type dishwasher natively integrates a chemical dosing system, a high-pressure booster pump and an automatic drain pump. This configuration optimizes workflow in professional kitchens while ensuring hygienic results compliant with HACCP protocols.

Intuitive Controls

The electronic interface offers 6 automatic cycles pre-configured plus a customizable program based on your dishware type and soiling level. Specific modes include circuit self-cleaning, intermediate rinsing, and clean water cycle. The integrated Thermostop in the boiler monitors rinse temperature in real-time to validate thermal disinfection.

Hygienic Design

The deep-drawn tank in AISI 304 stainless steel features rounded corners facilitating sanitary maintenance. The double-walled hood ensures superior thermal and acoustic insulation, reducing energy losses and noise exposure in the work area. The protection filters are also made of stainless steel for increased longevity under intensive use conditions.

Operational Features

The equipment includes an end-of-cycle audible signal, a manual diagnostic system for maintenance, as well as automatic self-cleaning programs. The drain pump allows rapid tank renewal without prolonged manual intervention. Standard supply: 2 universal racks 600 × 500 mm + 1 cutlery rack.
