This hood-type digital dishwasher from the brand Stalgast offers an exceptional processing capacity of up to 40 racks per hour. Operating on 400 V with a power output of 10.8 kW, it ensures fast and economical cycles, consuming only 2.5 litres of water per cycle. The standard 50 × 50 cm rack accommodates dishes, trays, kitchen accessories and GN 1/1 containers.

Digital Thermal Control

The digital interface displays boiler and wash chamber temperatures in real time. The wash cycle operates between 60 and 65 °C, while the final rinse reaches 82 to 90 °C to ensure optimal sanitisation of your dishes. This precise regulation system guarantees impeccable hygiene in compliance with professional catering standards.

Complete Equipment

The appliance comes ready to use with a complete set of accessories: two pairs of wash-rinse arms (upper and lower positions), a plate rack, a universal rack, a glass rack, a cutlery basket and adjustable feet of 45 mm.
