Its system integrates a booster pump for rinsing and a drain pump, ensuring optimal cleanliness with every use.

Optimal Throughput

With a processing capacity of 40 racks per hour, this equipment maintains a constant flow essential for professional kitchens. The configuration includes 2 pairs of wash and rinse arms positioned at the top and bottom, allowing even water distribution over all processed items.

Process Control

Integrated thermometers display real-time temperatures of the boiler and wash tank, ensuring strict control of the thermal cycle. Water consumption limited to 2.5 litres per cycle helps reduce operating costs while maintaining cleaning efficiency.

Delivery & Installation

The unit is delivered with a complete set including: 1 plate rack, 1 universal rack, 1 glass rack, and 1 cutlery basket. Adjustable feet with 45 mm range allow precise adaptation to your work surface. To ensure equipment longevity and prevent limescale buildup, installation of a water softener is highly recommended.
