This professional washing machine combines elevated architecture with optimized performance for demanding environments. Its structure integrates a drain pump and a rinse booster pump offering total control over cleaning phases. The automatic chemical dosing system ensures precise distribution and consistent results complying with current hygiene standards.

Performance & Capacity

The compact 50 × 50 cm format delivers a processing capacity of 1080 plates/hour. The double-walled construction in AISI 304 stainless steel and the drawn tank with rounded corners ensure optimal thermal insulation as well as superior corrosion resistance. The 7300 W electrical power under 400 V maintains washing and rinsing temperatures at 60°C to effectively eliminate grease and stubborn residues.

Flexible Programming

Seven operating cycles available: six predefined automatic programs complemented by a fully customizable mode. Selectable additional options including extra rinse, clean water cycle, final drain, and self-cleaning program. The 5-stage filtration system combined with peristaltic pumps for detergent and rinse aid maximizes operational efficiency while minimizing resource consumption.
