Dimensions & Structure

The entire unit extends 6000 mm in length, 1100 mm in depth, and 450 mm in height. The construction in high-grade AISI 304 stainless steel guarantees mechanical resistance and compliance with food hygiene standards. The hoods feature a Scotch-Brite® satin finish facilitating daily maintenance.

Modular Configuration

The system includes 3 hoods of 2000 mm each, offering an extraction capacity of 2400 m³/h per unit. The removable panels on the side facades allow grouping the two hoods on the desired side to optimize air circulation according to your kitchen configuration.
