Robust Design

This stainless steel cooking equipment meets the demands of high-output professional kitchens. Its door equipped with transparent glazing allows monitoring cooking progress without interrupting the thermal cycle. The stainless steel structure ensures corrosion resistance and longevity in an intensive environment.

Industrial Capacity

The appliance accommodates 16 levels in GN 1/1 format or on 600×400 mm trays. A dedicated transport trolley for 16 trays 600×400 is included, facilitating loading and unloading of preparations while ensuring operator safety.

Thermal Control

The temperature range extends from 30°C to 280°C, covering both delicate pastry applications and demanding core cooking. The power of 28,500 watts ensures rapid temperature rise and even heat distribution across all levels.

Technical Equipment

The system features five motors with reversing device for uniform air circulation. Electronic and manual control offers dual precision levels. An integrated timer allows programming of cooking cycles. The interior halogen lighting eliminates the need to open the door, thus preserving internal thermal stability.
