Professional Versatility

Designed for cafeterias, fast food restaurants, bakeries and food service businesses, this Air-S convection oven combines performance and adaptability. Its front-loading design offers 4 levels with 75 mm spacing, compatible with racks and trays in 600 × 400 mm format. The integrated humidity regulator ensures perfect cooking control.

Dual Technology

The appliance operates in convection mode (30°C to 260°C) or mixed convection-steam mode (30°C to 260°C). The Fan Plus technology features bidirectional turbines with 2 speeds for uniform heat distribution. The welded chamber made of AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel with rounded corners ensures durability and hygiene.

Intelligent Programming

The equipment features 40 programmable settings across 3 cooking phases. Ultra-fast automatic preheating and the multi-program keypad provide instant access to 8 favorites. The intuitive LED interface, energy-efficient LED lighting, and visual and audible end-of-cycle alerts optimize preparation management.

Hygienic Design

The tilting door with double low-emissivity glazing facilitates cleaning. Handles and contact elements feature an antibacterial treatment. IPX5 protection resists water jets. Manual regeneration and the humidity injection and evacuation system complete the functional arsenal.
