Cooking Modes
Three cooking modes are available: dry heat for crispy preparations, steam for gentle and nutritious cooking, and mixed mode combining both techniques. The Climat Control function allows you to regulate the steam present in the chamber, with the ability to extract or maintain it according to your needs. The automatic start program frees up your working time by starting the cooking at the scheduled time.
Precision & Control
The appliance comes with several professional probes: a removable core probe, a vacuum probe, and a multipoint probe. The integrated timer, combined with the core probe and Delta T functions, ensures total mastery of the cooking process. You have complete control over the chamber atmosphere, ventilation with speed adjustment, and can even reverse the rotation direction. The reheating and holding functions preserve the quality of your preparations while waiting for service.
Interface & Maintenance
The touch control panel displays all information on a bright digital screen. The double opening glass greatly simplifies cleaning operations.
