Production Capacity

This professional combi oven accommodates 10 GN 2/1 trays, meeting the demands of high-output establishments. It caters to kitchens preparing 150 to 300 portions per service, optimizing production flow without compromising quality. Its dimensions of 760 × 1050 × 1155 mm and weight of 146 kg allow for controlled integration into professional spaces.

Cooking Technologies

Three modes available: convection, mixed and steam. The thermal range extends from 30°C to 280°C for convection and mixed modes, and up to 130°C for steam. The MultiSteam double injection system ensures even heat distribution and reproducible results with every cycle.

Connected Interface

The 10-inch TFT touchscreen offers an ergonomic and responsive interface. The Smartclima Plus controller automatically adjusts energy and humidity based on load and food type. The onboard memory stores 400 preset recipes with 10 customizable phases per program. Wifi connectivity and Mychef Cloud integration allow for remote supervision.

Hygiene & Maintenance

The AISI 304 stainless steel chamber withstands intensive conditions. The MyCare program offers four automatic cleaning cycles plus a final rinse. The triple-glazed door minimizes heat loss. Anti-tipping rails, automatic filling, and interior LED lighting complete the equipment.
